How can I book an appointment?

After submitting the online booking form, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Your appointment is only reserved after you click this link. One click on the link is enough – the appointment is then secured immediately. Please also check your spam folder if you do not find the email right away.
Do I have to wait for manual confirmation?
No, you do not have to wait for manual approval. Every available time slot shown in the booking form is available in real time.
However, after submitting the form, you must open the email from The Barber Yard and click the confirmation link. Your appointment is only reserved after clicking the link in the email. There is no second confirmation button anymore.
What is the difference between an appointment request and a confirmed appointment?
After submitting the online booking form, you first receive an email with a confirmation link. Until you click this link, it is only an open appointment request and no appointment is reserved for you yet.
One click on the confirmation link is enough. After clicking the link, your appointment is immediately reserved and you will receive a separate confirmation email.
What happens if I do not click the confirmation link?
As long as you do not click the confirmation link in the email, your booking remains only an open appointment request. The appointment is not reserved yet.
If you do not secure the appointment in time, the request will be rejected automatically. For very short-notice appointments, the request may expire shortly before the appointment time.
Can I book several appointments on the same day?
No. Only 1 appointment per day is allowed per customer, regardless of the service.
If you would like to choose a different time on the same day, you must first delete the existing open appointment request through the email or cancel an already confirmed appointment using the cancellation link. After that, you can book again.
Can I purchase or smoke cigars at The Barber Yard?

We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays and Sundays.

How long does a typical haircut take?
A typical haircut takes approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on the style and requirements. For our exclusive package, plan around 60 to 90 minutes.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment on short notice?
Changing or rescheduling an appointment is currently not possible online. If you would like to choose a different time, please cancel the existing confirmed appointment first using the cancellation link in your confirmation email and then book again.
Appointments can only be cancelled online within the stated cancellation period. After the cancellation period has expired, online cancellation is no longer possible. If you cannot attend on short notice, please contact us directly as early as possible.
If your appointment is still only an open appointment request and has not yet been confirmed through the email link, you can delete the open request through the link in the email and then book again.
Is your Barber Shop accessible?
