When we opened our first Barber shop in Kreuzberg in 1996, I did not suspect the destination of our trip. Berlin was not yet the city we know today and will not stay there. The trend towards a well-groomed beard, a sharp head and the game with the fire was indeed popular in Jerusalem, but was still in its infancy. He was only appreciated and respected by men of oriental descent. But times have changed. Neukölln has now arrived at the center of society, as has the value of a perfectly formed beard. The club atmosphere of our shop does the rest. Over time, we have created a place of relaxation where everyone is welcome to enjoy a fine cigar and coffee. In the background is a vinyl record, while before loading the stress of the metropolis bounces off our windows. I am a full-hearted barber and proud owner of one of the best Barber Shops in our city.

Under this motto, during my apprenticeship in Jordan, I was taught the esteem of a classic service, such as shaving, hair and scalp care, and special massage techniques. I do a job that is one of the oldest crafts in history. It is not only this detail that makes me proud, but also the satisfied faces of our customers when you first get a perfectly fitting haircut and the trusting cooperation with my brother, whom I started 2 years ago. We do not offer strands, curls or step cuts, but rather classic men’s hairstyles. And that sharp focus made us become perfectionists in what we do.

How last-minute can I book?

Appointments can be booked online even at very short notice – theoretically up to shortly before the appointment time, as long as the time slot is still shown and available in the booking form. Important: Your appointment is only reserved after you open the confirmation link in the email and confirm the appointment.

Do I have to wait for a confirmation?

You do not have to wait for manual approval. Every time slot shown in the booking form is available in real time. Important: After clicking “Book now”, we will send you an email with a confirmation link. Your appointment is only fully reserved and confirmed after you open this link and confirm the appointment. Please also check your spam folder if you do not find the email immediately.

Why do I have to verify my email?

Email confirmation helps protect real customers and helps us prevent false or abusive bookings. After you click “Book now”, we will send you a confirmation link by email. Your appointment is only reserved after you confirm it through this link.

What happens if I do not confirm the email?

As long as you do not open the confirmation link and confirm the appointment, your booking remains an open appointment request. The appointment is not finally reserved yet. Please confirm your request as soon as possible after booking.

Can I book several appointments on the same day?

No. Only 1 appointment per day is allowed per customer – regardless of the service. If you would like to choose a different time on the same day, you must first delete the existing appointment request through the email or cancel an already confirmed appointment using the cancellation link. After that, you can book again.

How can I cancel or change my appointment?

Changing or rescheduling an appointment is currently not possible online. If you would like to choose a different time, please cancel the existing appointment first using the “Cancel appointment” button in your confirmation email and then book again. Appointments can only be cancelled online within the stated cancellation period. After the cancellation period has expired, online cancellation is no longer possible. If you cannot attend on short notice, please contact us directly as early as possible.

What is the difference between an appointment request and a confirmed appointment?

After submitting the form, you first receive an email with a confirmation link. Until you open this link and confirm the appointment, it is only an open appointment request. Only after confirmation through the link does it become a confirmed appointment.

How long does an appointment usually take?

A regular haircut takes about 30 minutes, a full package with beard grooming takes about 45–60 minutes.

What does a haircut or full package cost?

You can find the current prices in the booking form or on our price list.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash payment on site.

Can I just walk in without an appointment?

We recommend booking online, as our appointments are usually fully booked. Walk-ins are possible if a time slot happens to be free.

What happens if I am late?

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be given to someone else.

What is the best way to find you?

Our barber shop is located at Flughafenstraße 15, 12053 Berlin-Neukölln. The underground station Boddinstraße (U8) is only a 2-minute walk away.

Is parking available?

Yes – you can usually find parking spaces in Flughafenstraße and the surrounding side streets. Please allow a few extra minutes for parking.

How do you ensure hygiene and cleanliness?

We place great importance on cleanliness, disinfected tools and a well-kept atmosphere. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance.
